The spaceThe property is a large farm house with all of the amenities you would expect in a modern vacation home such as high speed internet, Nest thermostats and instant hot water.
Living Space
The home features a large dining room table and a large living room with a 65" HDTV. There are games and books on the built in bookshelves which are sure to entertain. The kitchen offers beautiful views of the vineyard as well as the lake in the distance. Our coffee stand has everything you need for a great cup of brew (drip coffee maker and french press along with a grinder).
Bathrooms
There are two full bathrooms (one upstairs and one down). The unlimited hot water from the instant hot water heater will ensure that you never have a cold shower.
Bedrooms
There are five bedrooms total (one downstairs and the rest upstairs). The master bedroom features a walk in closet. One bunkbed room features a built in desk where you can get some work done if necessary. The other bunk bed room also contains a futon which can accomodate two people and is located off of the hallway and before the other King bedroom. This is a great set of rooms for families since the rooms are joined but can be seperated by a door for privacy. There is a TV in the bunk bed room so the kids can enjoy from the comfort of the bunk bed. The bunk beds feature a double bed on the bottom with a single on top.
Hot Tub
The hot tub is large and can fit 6-8 people. It is situated outside on the deck and is a great place to relax and enjoy the stars or the snow. The hard shell lid is easiliy opened even with snow on top.
Wine
We are a grape farming family with ties to a local winery. After booking, let us know what kind of wine you like and we can provide you with a bonus bottle after you check in.
Additional notesThe home is heated with an outdoor wood boiler. Someone will be there daily to add wood in the cooler seasons.
Guest interactionWe live a 1/2 mile down the road and are generally available as needed.
Neighborhood overviewNorth East is a wonderful community in the heart of grape country. Located only a mile from the lake and 20 min from Peak n Peek this place is close to everything.
The property is located on 1 acre of land surrounded by vineyards with lots of privacy.
